In 2009, the NASC decided to rationalize the way to meet the demand for certification of concerned citizens, no more open process will be advanced and indiscriminate certification, experience shows some trends in each sector economic and demand for certification and the Center presents a strengths which defines priorities for attention to be channeled through public calls by sector.

To ensure the reliability and objectivity of the evaluation process, it will be audited by external experts SENA Industrial Center and Aviation.
